Collaboration and creation

In your 3-hour private class of 1-8 people, we’ll make two pastas and two perfectly-paired sauces. You’ll choose your menu, your classmates, and your location. We’ll customize your learning and eating experience entirely for you.

Classes are fun, relaxed, and personal. We’ll put our hands in flour, laugh and learn a lot, and have a nice time together.

Location

Gold Pasta Lab travels! Classes take place in your home, a kitchen location of your choice, or my home in Brooklyn. I provide ingredients, aprons, and pasta tools. As a New Yorker, I specialize in making it work in small kitchens—and I’ll show you how to get the most out of your space.

All sauces except ragú bolognese can be vegan. All pastas except for ripieno ravioli can be dairy-free. Gnocchi can be gluten-free.

  • Looking to go out but stay in? Take a pasta class in my Brooklyn home. You’ll enjoy aperitivo, make fresh pasta and sauces, have a candlelit meal, and sip some amaro. Perfect for pairs, groups, or a treat-yourself solo experience.

  • Want something fun and different to do with kids? I’ll work with you to design a simple hands-on pasta class for kids age five and up and engaged adults. Build the pasta-making skills early, reap the benefits for years to come!

  • Hunting for a unique activity for your group or team? We’ll work and play together in the ultimate bonding experience: cooking and eating a meal. You and your colleagues will collaborate through all the steps of traditional pasta-making to produce absolutely delicious results.
